Like keeping your tenants comfortable while minimizing service problems, and let’s not forget efficiency and profitability. We keep all of this in mind as we continually strive to build the most reliable, sustainable and innovative HVAC systems.
BUILDING EFFICIENCY
Our variable refrigerant flow (VRF) technology helps to save energy and associated operational costs.
Our powerful, compact units minimize energy consumption, have a high coefficient of performance (COP) and contribute to maximum room comfort. They are so efficient that they easily pay for themselves over the lifetime of the building.
COMFORT CONTROL
Our HVAC systems are built to maximize tenant comfort while minimizing energy consumption.
Our quiet, intelligently designed VRF systems can provide comfort and efficient air- conditioning.
SPACE OPTIMIZATION
We design our HVAC systems with the smallest possible footprint, so architects can design more aesthetically pleasing buildings and maximize revenue-generating space.
Our VRF systems require less plenum space than traditional HVAC ductwork.
ENERGY EFFICIENT AND COST EFFECTIVE. READY FOR ANY APPLICATION.
Our HVAC systems are designed for energy and cost savings in any application—from data center to office building, arena to cold-storage warehouse.
And wider product line up of heat recovery series such as our industry-first, two pipe simultaneous cooling and heating system and heat recovery typed chiller can realize simple and cost-effective HVAC systems.
Mitsubishi Electric has over 40 years of experience in manufacturing high-performance chillers with high cooling capacity. In adding the Climaveneta brand to our product line, we expanded our design and development capabilities, and acquired deeper expertise to produce our chillers efficiently. This move enhanced our lineup and gained us full-scale entry into the chiller market. Amid increasing demand for energy conservation due to operation cost reduction, Mitsubishi Electric designs, manufactures, and offers excellent chillers that are both exceptionally durable and cost-beneficial.
As one of the leading brands in Singapore using variable refrigerant flow (VRF) technology, our CITY MULTI® centralized air-conditioning system controls each unit separately while supplying and distributing rich, clean air. We are able to respond to a wide range of air conditioning needs by combining various solutions with multiple cooling/heating options and flexible installations available. In addition to this, we take into account environmental impact as part of our manufacturing processes. We provide maximum comfort to a room with our compact, powerful, energy-efficient high COP system.
Lossnay is able to contribute to minimize building energy usage by heat recovering between intaking outside air and exhausting air-conditioned room air to minimize building energy usage. By eliminating pollen and dust from outside with optimized filters, Lossnay® also ensures Indoor Air Quality(IAQ) which is required by Green Building certification system. The result is effective fresh air ventilation which simultaneously realizes energy efficiency and comfort.
There is an increasing need for server cooling, both within servers and in data rooms installed within buildings. Mitsubishi Electric makes use of a range of Climaveneta IT-Cooling products to provide high-precision temperature control and improved energy efficiency.
Air conditioning systems notoriously consume high amounts of energy throughout buildings. Earning a coveted green building certification requires great improvements in the efficiency of these systems. Mitsubishi Electric’s "AE-200," enables centralized control and operation of up to 200 VRF indoor units. Our "Clima Pro," further enables integrated control and operation of chillers and chiller plants. Both can be linked with the BMS to manage an entire building.
Diamond Controls enables advanced integration with Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning units via an exclusive interface, providing a single point of access to control and monitor the system. Controlling numerous systems through a single centralized user interface reduces the time it takes to make necessary adjustments and allows expanded capabilities.
